Ro Underwood isn't just coaching actors on how to get the job—she’s in the trenches doing the work herself. As a working actor with credits spanning Netflix, HBO Max, Starz, and Showtime, Ro knows firsthand what it takes to navigate the high-stakes environment of a live set.

For five seasons, she served as the key on-set acting coach for the lead on the multi-Emmy-nominated series The Ms. Pat Show. That experience, combined with her deep background in education, shapes her warm, practical, and highly intuitive coaching style.

Ro doesn't use a cookie-cutter methodology; she meets actors right where they are, breaking down complex script analysis and emotional beats into clear, actionable steps. Because as she is an actor, she still studies, auditions, holds pins, and works in front of the camera; her guidance is grounded in real-time industry realities. She helps actors tap into their authentic voices, sharpen their instincts, and step onto set with absolute confidence.
